Returns and exchanges
If you would like to make a return, visit My Account page, select Orders & Returns, and then select Return Item.
For an Exchange, please email us at customerservice@TACKMA.com with the item you will be returning and the item you wish to exchange it for. Please allow 4-5 days for us to reply, and know that any delays in our response will not impact the standard 30-day return policy.
