Who do I contact with questions?

Drop us a line at customerservice@TACKMA.com with any questions, we would love to hear from you. Generally we can respond within 24 hours to emails sent Monday – Friday. However sometimes it may take a little longer so we ask for your patience – rest assured we will get back to you.

Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

I Placed A Successful Order But I Haven't Received A Confirmation Email Yet?

If you placed a successful order you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email within 1 hour, please contact us at customerservice@TACKMA.com to ensure your order was processed.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Most in-stock items will arrive within 5-7 business days after your order is shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey, depending on destination. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following business day. Orders marked as overnight shipping before 12pm EST will arrive the next business day. Orders marked as overnight shipping after 12pm EST will arrive within 2 business days. "Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.

Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, the most accurate estimate is provided in the shipping confirmation. The tracking information generally becomes visible 48 hours after you have ordered. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items within the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

When Are Items Released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the TACKMA newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

Do You Re-Stock Your Inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock our items. Please check back frequently if an item you want is not currently available.

Where Do I Ship Returns?

You may ship your return to the following address within 14 days* of receiving the product:

Please email returns@tackma.com with the order number, the item(s) you are returning, and a quick note why you are returning the item(s).

The 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, express shipping is not necessary.

Can I Return My Order To The TACKMA Flagship Store in Columbus Ohio?

Unfortunately, our Columbus, Ohio retail location cannot accept returns for purchases made through TACKMA.com. Products purchased online must be shipped to our fulfillment center at the following address:

I purchased a TACKMA product from another retailer. How do I handle returns?

Please contact the store where the purchase was made. Unfortunately, we can ONLY accept returns or address customer issues for purchases made through TACKMA.com.
