    What is your shipping policy?
    TACKMA offers standard shipping worldwide on all products.

    It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

    Do you ship Internationally?
    Yes. On very rare occasions, however international shipping to some countries can take 2-4 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

    What is your International Taxes and Duties policy?
    International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees, which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by TACKMA, and thus cannot be refunded. 

    We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

    How much does shipping cost?
     
    $10 for all orders in the continental U.S.
    $25 for all orders overnight in the continental U.S.
    Free shipping on US orders over $250
    $30 for Shipping to Canada
    $50 for International shipping

    What about USA State Sales Taxes?
    Please note that TACKMA charges state sales taxes on orders to New York, California, Ohio, and New Jersey at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and TACKMA in no way benefits from this.

    I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet? 
    If you placed a successful order you should receive confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after 24 hours please contact us at customerservice@tackma.com to make sure your order went through.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your payment has cleared, you will receive a e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. 

    When are particular items released? 
    Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the TACKMA newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

    Do you guys re-stock your inventory? 
    On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

    Can I get a refund or make an exchange? 
    All sales are final, however exchanges will be honored up to 7 days from when the product was received on items purchased at full RETAIL COST. Upon return, store credit will be issued, of which shipping costs are not applicable, and no refunds are accepted. There are no exchanges or refunds on any items purchased during any sales, including Black Friday and Cyber Monday, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

    My shipping address is different from my billing address. Why is my transaction declined?
    If the customer's billing address is not the same as the requested shipping address, the order will be cancelled without exception.


    What if my shipping address is wrong and I need to change it?
    It is your responsibility to make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at customerservice@tackma.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.

    Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

    What if my Item was "Delivered" but I did not receive it?
    All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers directly in order to investigate this issue. TACKMA is not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
